  • Peeled, pitted and diced ripe mangoes – 2 nos.
  • Chopped cashews – 1/2 cup.
  • Ume plum vinegar – 1 teaspoon. (Optional)

Step – by-step instructions

  1. If you are using chia and water instead of oil, combine water and chia seed and mix well.
  2. Leave the mixture for some time to form a gel.
  3. Oranges need to be peeled and the pith should be removed before cutting into segments. It is being done to catch juice over a medium bowl.
  4. The remaining membranes should be squeezed over the bowl and strain juices into a small bowl.
  5. The orange segments have to be placed in a separate bowl.
  6. The, you have to add chia gel or oil, plum vinegar, miso or salt and lime juice to the bowl containing orange juice.
