Sandwiches are delicious, and they taste great when you do not feel like cooking something complicated.
They are easy to make and you can use any animal or vegetable product.
In this sandwich recipe, we will use vegetable leftover from breakfast and some from the previous day.

In this case, the vegetables that were left over are:
Roots of vegetables; you can find them in many markets, but in the package that we bought, the roots were carrots, celery, and Jicama.

Spinach
Mushrooms
Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Smuckers Jelly
  • Hoagie Bread
  • Olive oil

Procedures to follow

In a pan with a little olive oil, pour the ingredients with salt and pepper (add to taste), sauté until you see vegetables cooked to your liking.

Once cooked to your liking, let them cool a little before putting them on the bread.

Prepare your bread to start putting together your sandwich.

Open the bread and spread the strawberry jam.

Add tomato.

 

Then add the vegetables you cooked in your pan.

Close the bread and toast it to your liking.

Once roasted to your liking, it’s ready to cut and eat. Enjoy!!!
