The spinach – egg sandwich really a treat with few calories and lots of vitamins and good thing.
2 slices toasted whole wheat bread
2 white eggs + one yolk
2 tbsp. tbsp of olive oil
1 cup young spinach
2 tbsp cheese ( as you want)
Preheat the grill.
Whisk eggs with 2 tbsp water, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan
Add the spinach and cook until the spinach begins to soften.
Stir in the light cheese with the egg mixture.
cover and cook egg mixture for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked, stirring
prepare the sandwich by placing the omelette between 2 slices of bread
repeat with the rest of the omelette and the bread.
