For that reason today we bring you an easy and quick to make sandwich, which is also delicious, nutritious and healthy.

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup sliced red onions

1 cup heirloom tomatoes (The small ones)

1 cup sliced radishes

1/2 seedless cucumber thinly sliced on an angle

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons apple wine vinegar or white vinegar

Hoagie roll

Salt

Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1 Choose your best and most beautiful hoagie roll bread.
