Crunchy, fresh, and healthy all-veggie sandwich with delicious mayonnaise chia dressing

Crunchy, fresh, and healthy all-veggie sandwich with delicious mayonnaise chia dressing spread on hearty whole wheat bread. It will leave you 100% satisfied!

Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

4 slices good quality bakery style bread ( We used whole wheat cereals and seeds bread)


4 Tbsp. mayonnaise and chia for dressing

2 ripe avocados

1 Tsp of paprika

A thinly sliced persian cucumber

Fresh Dill

A bunch of Cilantro leaves

6 Lettuce leaves

Kosher salt and fresh black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Make dressing with mayonnaise and dill, mix and spread both breads.

Put the lettuce leaf, then avocado and steel vegetables.

Add cilantro on top, the parika  and the Kosher salt and pepper.

Fold all the pieces and cut in half.

The sandwich is juicy and crispy.
